Supplier Saturday – Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery

Happy Saturday my fellow Wedding Belle!

I am really enjoying these Saturday shout-outs, I love to support other wedding businesses and this is a great way for you to ‘meet’ some wedding peeps and for them to give you a little peek into their world.

This weekend we chat to Charlotte, owner and founder of a wonderful hand-made jewellery business in Hampshire (and designer of my own gorgeous eternity ring!) Here’s what she had to share with you all today:

Q1 Tell us a little about yourself Charlotte

Having worked from my home studio as a jewellery designer whilst my twin daughters were growing up – we decided to branch out. So last year we launched our first Bespoke Jewellery Boutique with in-house Goldsmith & workshop in Southsea , and we haven’t looked back!

Q2 What made you want to work in the wedding industry?

When I previously travelled the country working for a jewellery manufacturer I was dumbfounded by the lack of choice for individuals and couples who may be looking for something a little different, unusual and personal for their engagement and wedding rings. So I saw there was a huge gap in the market.

Q3 What do your clients love about you and your work?

Every one of our clients receive our undivided attention, and love our relaxed and friendly atmosphere, our creativity and quality of work, and the long term trusting relationship we aim to build with each couple. ( This has nothing to do with delicious chocolates and drinks that we ply them with too ! )

Q4 What do you think makes a good wedding?

When the couple enjoys the process, and remain focussed on their special day being the beginning of a new adventure and not the end!

Q5 What’s been your favourite wedding so far?

Oh its almost impossible to say as there are so many , but when you can see how in love the couple are, enjoying the process of having their unique rings created every step of the way, and they cherish their rings as an everlasting symbol of their love.

Q6 What is your top tip for couples?

Leave plenty of time to plan your wedding rings as they will be worn every day of your life , not just one!

Is there anything else you’d like to add to this interview or tell our followers?

Our clients are often pleasantly surprised at the value for money that is found in commissioning their own hand made wedding rings. Don’t forget we offer remodelling of inherited jewellery and stones, shaped wedding bands to fit around unusual shaped engagement rings, hand engraving and many different textures to add those personal touches.
